Men and women in the Bodybuilder class will be assessed based on a number of poses which will help the judges to be able to assess "the whole package"

Men are wearing a posing "trousers" while the women will be dressed in a 2 piece bodybuilder suit with no decorations.

Athletes are considered in 2 rounds:

– Symmetry: Where one is looking for the total balance in physics.

– Musculature: Muscle mass, proportions, vaskulæritet and the definition of physics

Jewelry: Can have the engagement ring/wedding ring

(Hands on hips and Crab pose are not included in the comparison rounds for ladies.)
